Even in this modern age of alternative medicine, Shiroko is the only MD who blends Chinese and Western medicine in this unique way. She has been in Santa Rosa for over 15 years and has now expanded her practice to Marin County.
Shiroko has been practicing medicine for 25 years including 10 years as an emergency room physician, and 20 years doing Chinese medicine and acupuncture. She is an expert at helping you navigate the understanding of Western medicine in combination with alternative medicine. Her unique perspective will help you understand what your soul and body are trying to communicate to you.
Over the years she has worked with hundreds of people whose difficult problems led them to many different physicians. She has been able to help them understand and find healing in places where no one else has. For some people while their excellent medical care has helped, they have found themselves only able to go so far with their healing. Shiroko has added that little extra touch to move them through the process.
For example, one woman who had surgery on her shoulder twice, then months of physical therapy, wasn't getting better. She came to acupuncture and now her shoulder is 90% improved in only 2 months.
